Vidyalankar Training Methodology

Vidyalankar prepares students for all the three stages. 

The CAT  tests  speed and accuracy rather than knowledge.

The key to success here is practice

The program includes clearing of basic concepts in English and Maths, teaching with short cut methods and tips

It focuses on strengthening one’s fundamentals, thereby improvising speed and accuracy

Elimination tactics are taught to improve upon speed.

Research Based Study Material  

Our dedicated team of subject experts develop the very best of study material based on a continuous research and analysis of the past CAT / CET Papers. Each topic is covered separately and very thoroughly

Assignments  

Candidates are given topic wise assignments for every subject after each class

Every student is expected to submit their assignments before the next class. This helps the teachers ( and the students ) to evaluate and improve the candidate’s performance at every stage of the course.

Tests  

During the course topic wise tests are conducted. The question papers are patterned exactly on the lines of CAT / CET

In addition to these tests full-fledged 15 Mock tests for CAT / CET are conducted at the end of the course

Model solutions are provided after the respective exams

Training for GD / PI

Before the GD/PI session begins the candidate is assessed with respect to one’s

Communication skills and then is trained to improve upon the weaknesses. They are conducted by people from the Industry

The mock interview sessions conducted enable the candidate to face the interview and the panel of experts

Personal Counseling  

In Personal Counseling Session the student is told about various options available after MBA and what suits the candidate after assessing his or her personality.

 Note :

A similar such exercise was conducted for our students within the college campus.

20 candidates after being trained by such people were selected by Infosys in the very first year after the systematic approach was adopted to train the candidates for GD/PI.
