Admission ATMA These exams are conducted in three stages 1) A Written Test 2) Group Discussion (GD) 3) Personal Interview (PI) For the written test, a candidate is assessed for 1) Verbal skills 2) Analytical skills 3) Quantitative skills For a Group Discussion, approximately eight to twelve candidates are invited. They are given a topic for discussion. The candidate is judged for his/her leadership quality, communication skill, interpersonal relationship, behavior, confidence, Contribution of Ideas, Sensitivity etc…. by a panel of judges for about 20 mins to 30 mins.
